Objectives
- To disseminate the results generated in EURIPIDES.
- To reach all the potential audiences, in particular, patient organisations and public health authorities.
- Sharing information; building team spirit; strengthening the complementarity of the partners and developing mutual specialization; supporting management; offering training.
- Checking regularly the relevance of the EURIPIDES objectives and scope through periodic interaction between the Project Steering Committee, Project Management Committee and the Advisory Board.
- To establish and adopt common operational procedures (SOP).
Workpackage description
Dissemination activities are of major importance to achieve better awareness, new knowledge, transfer of technical know-how and therefore European integrated research in this field. Within this framework, dissemination activities are directed at both internal and external levels.
Task 1: Dissemination plan including internal and external dissemination activities.
Task 2: Annual E-Newsletter
Task 3: Organisation meetings and joint workshop courses
Task 4: Harmonisation of procedures and documentation.
Members of the consortium will take all necessary measures to homogenize procedures to be used in the execution of project activities, as part of the Quality Assurance activities of the EURIPIDES project. In particular, specific standards and procedures to be shared within the consortium will be set and applied for the following issues:
- Phenotyping and syndrome characterisation;
- Collection of human biological samples including Blood/DNA samples;
- Labelling techniques;
- Animal models;
- Standard Operating Procedures will be defined for each radiotracer with respect to image data acquisition and analysis.
