EURIPIDES stands for

EUropean Research initiative to develop Imaging Probes for early In-vivo Diagnosis and Evaluation of response to therapeutic Substances
The project started in February 2008 and is among the first projects funded under the 7th Framework Programme of the European Commission.

Our main objective is to develop a generic tool for the prediction, diagnosis, monitoring and prognosis of major CNS diseases, as well as to provide support and guidance for therapeutic interventions.
